Fresh Spinach, Pancetta, Ricotta Agnolotti
Handmade Agnolotti stuffed with spinach, ricotta, and pancetta. We highly recommend serving this with Chef Pigot's Rosé Sauce! Pasta made using whole eggs, semolina flour, plus water. Hand cut and packaged frozen for best longevity and to maintain shape. Cook from frozen for 3 minutes or just until al dente.
