Veggie Smash Burgers
4 pack of Burger Signature Pea Protein Patties
Smash burgers are best cooked in a hot frying pan. Over medium-high heat, place a frying pan, once pan is hot, add some oil, and burger ball. Using the back of a spatula, press the burger ball flat until desired thickness. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side on medium high heat. If you like a well done burger, cook for 5 minutes a side. When fully cooked, the burger should still have a slightly pink colour.
